All orders are prepared and dispatched from our clinic with care. As many of our herbal formulations are personalised, please allow time for preparation prior to dispatch.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Methods
We offer Australia-wide delivery via Australia Post and selected partner courier services. The most suitable delivery method will be selected based on your location and order requirements.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor its progress.
