Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, including tailored herbal formulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or where a product is no longer required.
All orders are considered final once confirmed.
Personalised Herbal Medicine
Custom herbal formulations are prepared specifically for each individual based on the information provided. As such, these products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once dispensed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
